Independent agency wins major event contract

Perceptions Events Director Ken Findlay
Up and coming event management company ‘Perceptions Associates Limited’ whose city centre offices are in George Street has just secured a major event contract with a UK based international healthcare organisation. The contract which will generate revenues in excess of £100,000 is for a 500 guest party event taking place at Birmingham’s International Conference Centre (ICC) during the final quarter of 2014.

Commenting on gaining the contract, Perceptions Events Director Ken Findlay said “We are delighted to have been awarded this contract, particularly as during the lengthy pitch process we were competing against some major international event companies to attain the business and it is very much a boost to locally based agencies like ourselves that we have been successful.”

The ICC is pleased to have been selected as the venue for this prestigious event, Sales Director James Elston says: “We are delighted to have established a new relationship with Perceptions and for them to have chosen the ICC to host this banqueting event for their client. With our dedicated team, flexible space and central location we are confident that we can cater to all the client’s needs in the lead up to the event and on the night. We very much look forward to working with Ken and his team to ensure the event is a success for everyone involved.”
