ACTE Stockholm Executive Forum offers glimpse into the importance of Apps and ancillary services

The Association of Corporate Travel Executives (ACTE) has announced a line-up of cutting-edge education sessions for the upcoming ACTE Stockholm Executive Forum. On 19th September, the executive forum will unite corporate travel buyers and suppliers at one of Sweden’s most important industry events at the Mercure Hotel Stockholm South.

In ACTE’s 25th Anniversary year, the programme focuses on providing a relevant platform to learn, network and advance the careers of business travel professionals throughout the region.

Caroline Allen, ACTE’s Regional Director for EMEA, said “We are pleased to return to Stockholm with a progressive education programme. Thanks to the brainstorming efforts of our Scandinavian planning committee, we have an outstanding line up senior international industry speakers who will share insights to help companies strategise and get more from their business travel programme.

Dean Forbes, Technology Evangelist and KDS’s CEO, will discuss current and future technology advancements. An expert panel, including Jan Birkelund, Accor; Yves Galimidi, IKEA; Toby Joseph, easyJet; Per Markussen, BCD Travel and Jesper Söderström,  Amadeus Scandinavia, will debate the impact of pricing models on policy and budget; establish whether parity pricing across channels is achievable, and discuss the importance of Value Contribution. Advito’s Director of Research & Intelligence, Claudia Unger, will share findings around behavioural economics and finally, delegates will exchange ideas around productivity-supporting Apps to ultimately create a checklist to incorporate Mobility/App terminology into the travel policy. ”
