Sue joined Inntel as a Reservation Consultant in 1994 and has worked in many areas of the business, the last 10 years being as Operations Director. During her time with Inntel she has seen the business and industry change in many ways.
Over this period, Inntel has grown to, today, service client spend of over £50m, with a retention of 92%, whilst always retaining a clear focus on delivering excellence in customer service.
