Inntel grows client portfolio through Hotelworld outsourcing agreement

Inntel, the meetings, accommodation and travel company, has expanded its client portfolio through an outsourcing agreement with London-based independent hotel and venue booking agency Hotelworld, The acquisition adds buying power to Inntel’s existing operations and introduces Hotelworld clients such as Age UK and UK blood cancer charity Anthony Nolan to Inntel’s strong portfolio.

All Hotelworld’s main clients have chosen to appoint Inntel as their provider, in recognition of the increased leverage of buying power, technology and flexibility to provide bespoke online booking tools and management information that Inntel offers.

Commenting on the acquisition, Douglas O’Neill, Managing Director of Inntel, said: "The addition of Hotelworld’s clients will bring greater strength and scale to our UK-focused corporate meetings, accommodation and travel business”.

Lynton Hickie, Head of Procurement at Age UK, one of Hotelworld’s key clients, said; “We have been delighted with the speed and flexibility with which Inntel responded to our requirements. The working relationship quickly established between Inntel and our key stakeholders is excellent”.
