Our experience – your success
The 285-bedroom Maritim Grand Hotel Hannover is located directly in the city centre, a few steps from the Old Town with its numerous Baroque buildings and the Maschsee Lake.
It offers a total of nine conference rooms and a maximum capacity for up to 450 people in the largest meeting room. The various meeting spaces are also complemented by a large outside terrace.
Our experienced event professionals will take care of every little detail. Together with our highly skilled catering teams and service personnel they will deliver your event making it a complete success.

Winter Conference Special
Bookable between the 1st of December 2011 and the 29th of February 2012 for events with a minimum of 10 participants

Included
• Room hire and set-up costs for a suitable conference room
• Leather writing pad with paper and pens
• Beamer*, screen and flip chart in the conference room
• Winterly morning break with tea, coffee and a roasted apple stuffed with marzipan or a Danish pastry filled with vanilla sour cream
• Two drinks per participant (200 ml or 250 ml)
• Three course lunch or buffet at the chef’s discretion
• Afternoon break with tea or coffee

* Suitable for conferences with up to 50 persons or room size of 100 sq.m.
Alternatively we also provide an overhead projector.

The seminar lecturer or meeting leader attends the Winter Conference Special free of charge.
