Mondial Assistance UK is optimising the strength of its sales team with a strategic restructure focused on maximising existing relationships and harnessing new development opportunities.   The reorganisation takes place as Mondial Assistance prepares to become Allianz Global Assistance in the UK on 1st October 2012.

John O’Shea
John O’Shea has been appointed General Manager, The Langham, Xintiandi, Shanghai effective immediately.  A distinguished hotelier, John has more than 30 years experience in the hospitality industry, 18 of which were as a General Manager or Managing Director of high profile hotels in his native country Australia as well as Thailand, Malaysia, Japan and China.  Throughout his career he has consistently shown strong leadership skills which have seen many of the hotels under his guidance win international and regional awards during his tenure.

Deborah Tullett, 34, an accomplished manager and team leader within the quality hotel industry, has been appointed as Restaurant Manager at the iconic 15th century Swan at Lavenham in the heart of Suffolk. She took up the position after spending over two years in a similar post at the four-star Runnymede Hotel & Spa, Staines.
