Paul Walters appointed General Manager of The Langham, London
Langham Hospitality Group have announced the appointment of Paul Walters as General Manager of The Langham, London. Walters, age 47, will oversee the operation of the 380 room flagship hotel located at the top of Regent Street in the heart of the city’s West End and Europe’s first purpose built Grand Hotel.Most recently, Walters was based in Hong Kong at the groups head office as Vice President – Brands, where since 2007 he was responsible for a portfolio of three brands – the luxury Langham brand, the contemporary five star Langham Place brand and the midscale Eaton brand.
Walters previous appointments include W Hotels, where he was responsible for establishing the first W hotel outside of the US; Orient Express, GHM Hotels and Hyatt Hotels & Resorts.

Walter’s career has also seen him perform consultancy services to the five star hotel market in Australia across numerous disciplines including Marketing, Operations, Human Resources and Purchasing.
