It holds a central position on Park Lane, one of the swankiest addresses in London. JW Marriott is the hotel group’s top-of-the-range brand.However, our stay at the Grosvenor House Hotel proved that it is not stuffy. The whole ambiance is relaxed, whilst at the same time the service is all a guest would expect from a hotel with those credentials.
