ibtm world provides flexible business solutions with new Hotel Pavillion

ibtm world continues to innovate and provide new platforms for exhibitors to get the most out of the show and this year introduces an Hotel Pavilion specifically for individual properties wanting to be part of the leading event for the meetings industry and the 17,000 participants expected onsite between November 29th and 1 December 2016.

The Hotel Pavilion is a specific area on the show floor and a turn-key solution. The concept will provide everything that is needed to exhibit including individual stand space, electricity and furniture as well as a Hosted Buyer diary of appointments over the 3 days of the show. Hotels just need to show up, brand their space and start their business meetings. Every exhibitor will also be able to join in the networking, education sessions and many functions that are part of ibtm world 2016
