Conference Fortnight 22nd March - 2nd April 2010Feedback from a survey carried out late last year amongst 14,000 industry figures demonstrated a need for a flexible approach to conferencing. In response to these findings Vinopolis has developed a range of catering, AV, lighting and room options to suit most requirements.
• An Event Space: Vinopolis offers seven varied conference spaces with capacity of four to 400 delegates.
•A catering option: Vinopolis offers four options from the simple ‘Classic Conference Lunch’ of sandwiches and snacks from around the world, to the ‘Deli Lunch’ of delicious fresh local produce, to the seated three course ‘De Luxe Lunch’ of summer and winter recipes.
•A lighting option: Vinopolis offers three lighting solutions, the ‘Classic’ with basic stage and set lighting, to the ‘Elegant’ and ‘Luxurious’ solutions designed to provide branding and create atmosphere. All packages included hire of Vinopolis lighting technician.
•An Audio/Visual option: Vinopolis offers three Audio/Visual options, the ‘Starter’, ‘Intermediate’ and ‘Advanced’ with varying solutions of screens and projects, PA systems, and use of laptops.
