Lingfield Park Marriott Hotel & Country Club to be a UK first

Lingfield Park’s new four star Marriot Hotel and Country Club, due to open this May, will be the first on-site, integrated racecourse, hotel, spa and golf club leisure resort in the UK, costing £29 million to build.
The 116 rooms have views across Lingfield Park Racecourse and the surrounding Surrey parkland.

It also has the benefits of an 18-hole, tree-lined, golf course and a beautiful, relaxing spa. The aim is to attract leisure and business travellers from all over the country as well as overseas.
There are four conference suites within the new hotel and The Pavilion Suite at Lingfield Park which can accommodate up to 450 delegates is being refurbished in time for the opening of the hotel. Lingfield Park is just 45 minutes by train from London Victoria; 20 minutes from London Gatwick Airport and 10 minutes from the M25.
