MICE lunch

Sarah Mathews, who promotes MICE business for the London office of Flanders Brussels, is organising a series of fun lunches for MICE buyers at L'Atelier des Chefs. Guests arrive at the premises in London W1 for lunch, but they have to cook it for themselves - happily under the direction of highly professional chefs.
The recently opened Atelier follows the formula it operates successfully in Belgium and France. There are several packages offered, from the 30-minute 'Cook, Eat & Run' involving the preparation of a single dish, 'to 'All about ..' where guests are introduced to many kitchen secrets when cooking a complete meal.
