Within the walls of Warwick Castle guests can be given exclusive access to the Mediaeval Castle Mound until 9pm. This is where William the Conqueror ordered the first fortress of Warwick to be built. Now delicious canapés can be served with unlimited beer, wine and soft drinks.
There can also be a grand finale with a private demonstration of the world's largest Trebuchet. This is an authentic recreation of the most deadly military machines of the Middle Ages and guests can help to set it up to shoot a fireball 300 metres across the Castle grounds.
Flares will light the path as guests leave whilst the company flag can flutter from the highest tower. This package is for 25-50 people and costs just £40 per person (plus vat).
The event can be embellished with knights on horseback and minstrels to serenade with traditional songs.
Another new summer venue at Warwick Castle is the Georgian Conservatory and terrace that give views over the surrounding grounds. It can become 'an outdoor boardroom'.
Delegates can enjoy VIP parking, tea and coffee with delectable pastries and a choice of flexible lunch menus by the Castle's in-house caterer.
