The two groups M A Kharafi and Sun International, who together established the extensive new Port Ghalib Resort on the Red Sea in Egypt, have ended their business relationship. The new operator of Port Ghalib will be InterContinental.
They state that the hand-over will be completed very shortly and amicably, with no interruption to business being arranged for the resort.
