Vietnam gets 4-star beach resort

Celadon International, Vietnam's first international hospitality and real estate management company, is launching its first 4-star Exotica branded resort near to Phan Thiet. This is a traditional fishing village becoming an increasingly popular golfing resort on Vietnam's southern coast.
The Exotica Playa Resort is located between the stretch of beach and Phan Thiet's sand dunes beside the East China Sea, 200km north of Ho Chi Minh City. The resort has 97 rooms, suites and bungalows.
Facilities include a restaurant, meeting rooms for up to150 persons, business centre, karaoke lounges, games room, spa, gym, tennis court and two swimming pools. Being added are beachfront villas and water sports.
