Luna Hotel Baglioni has introduced a range of Meeting Packages for Half Days and Full Days. A member of The Leading Hotels of the World, the hotel is a few steps from St Mark's Square in Venice and claims to be the city's longest-established hotel. It has three meeting rooms for 30 to 170
The packages cost 100 euros and 110 euros respectively and include a welcome drink, meeting room, coffee break, lunch (including beverages) and mineral water at the meeting table. Room rates, including buffet breakfast, range, in addition, from 300 to 530 euros depending on the season.
Luna Baglioni has identified a number of activities and excursions that can be used to create a leisure or incentive programme. A gondola race has typically 10 Venetian boats, each with 2 delegates at the oars plus 2 Venetian rowing experts. After some training, the races last 20 to 25 minutes. A motor launch can carry spectators.
Alternatively, another option is a unique insight into the way the Republic was run in the secret passages of the Doge's Palace; or a group can be introduced to the ancient handicraft of making Venetian masks.
