Princess Cruises adds guest experience platform to two more cruise ships

As a new era of cruise personalization and game-changing guest service nears, Carnival Corporation & plc’s international premium brand, Princess Cruises, will soon prepare two more vessels with the world’s first interactive guest experience platform as the Caribbean Princess and Regal Princess transition into Medallion Class ships during dry docks taking place over the next six weeks.

Royal Caribbean has unveiled its strongest lineup yet of North American itineraries in 2018-19, with the addition of a fourth Oasis Class ship, named Symphony of the Seas, a brand new terminal at PortMiami, and a diverse array of adventure-packed ships sailing from South Florida, Puerto Rico, Texas, the Pacific Northwest and the Northeast.

Holland America Line introduces Rudi’s Sel de Mer French brasserie pop-up restaurant to six ships in the fleet

Intimate dining venue to feature classic French cuisine with a contemporary twist
Holland America Line is honoring its Master Chef and culinary consultant Rudi Sodamin, the creator of Sel de Mer aboard ms Koningsdam, by launching the French brasserie as a pop-up in the Pinnacle Grill and naming it Rudi’s Sel de Mer. Six ships in the fleet will feature the pop-up, including ms Eurodam, ms Nieuw Amsterdam, ms Noordam, ms Oosterdam, ms Westerdam and ms Zuiderdam.

Central America cruise tourism stakeholders to develop business and relationships at FCCA Summit

The Florida-Caribbean Cruise Association (FCCA) has announced that registration has opened for the FCCA Central America Cruise Summit. Taking place in San Pedro Sula, Honduras from May 10-12, the event offers local stakeholders the opportunity to attract and actualize cruise tourism by joining with cruise executives from FCCA’s 19 Member Lines for a series of meetings, workshops and networking opportunities.
