Iconic Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc wins major recognition
The newly restored Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc won a string of awards in London this week for its quality of service and quality of bedrooms.At the Tatler Travel Awards, Hotel du Cap was named as the hotel with the"Most Immaculate Service." Tatler said it was an hotel which "wears diamonds on the soles of its shoes."
At the Sunday Times Travel Magazine Readers' Awards, Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc wasvoted "Best European Resort".
The third recognition was by Condé Nast Traveller, which included the hotel in its annual Gold List of top hotels, citing it for having "The Best Rooms in Europe."
Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc General Manager, Philippe Perd, commented: "It is a tributeto the whole Hotel du Cap team that we have been recognised by these prestigious magazines. Our recent restoration has been a huge success with our guests and we are truly delighted with these awards."
Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc, which is one of the Oetker Collection masterpiece hotels, will reopen in April 2012 after closing for the winter period.
