Outrigger Resorts takes gold, winning two Travel Weekly Awards

Outrigger Resorts recently earned two 2016 Travel Weekly Gold Magellan Awards, celebrating the company’s smart redesign of Outrigger.com and a branding video produced for Outrigger Konotta Maldives Resort that showcases its exquisite over-water bungalows and uncompromising Outrigger hospitality.

The improved user-friendly design of Outrigger.com, including a responsive platform optimized for mobile devices, launched this summer with an impressive reception from its users. The site features an enhanced booking engine, more mobile support and social sharing that provides a richer experience on the global website. Other benefits of the updated site include the ability to book without leaving the page, site translation, multi-currency support and full mobile device compatibility.  

The 2016 Magellan Awards were selected among entries from top travel organizations and professionals worldwide with the opportunity of receiving either gold or silver status. Outrigger Enterprises Group won both of its Gold Magellan Awards in the Hospitality Marketing category.
