Having been a Concierge at Loews Regency New York Hotel since the hotel’s re-opening in 2014, Ela Orosova has shared her expertise and knowledge of the famous city to help shape guest experiences at Loews from scheduling tours, restaurant reservations and itinerary recommendations to provide unique and memorable stays in the big apple.
Regularly recognized for delivering remarkable customer service and facilitating every guest needs, Ela has most recently been recognized by the Hotel Excellence Awards with the Rising Star Award in February 2015. The prestigious annual hospitality awards distinguish the best in New York City Hospitality and is given out by Where® IN New York, a multi-media publishing company, in cooperation with the Hotel Association of New York City, Inc. and the New York City Association of Hotel Concierges.
Ela is an active member within both the hotel and larger New York City communities such as the Million Trees NYC, where she regularly spends her time volunteering to plant and care for trees across NYC’s five boroughs, as well as New York City Association of Hotel Concierge’s ‘Help the Hungry’ initiatives. She also participated in the ‘Meet the Concierge Seminar’ back in 2014 with the Luxury Marketing Council at The Pierre.
