Results of major national employer survey once again reveal that Steigenberger is one of Germany's best employersSteigenberger Hotels AG has won recognition for its extraordinarily effective staff-centred approach in the form of a sixth successive "Germany's Top Employer" award. Germany's most extensive employee survey, which is conducted by Focus, XING and Kununu, has also confirmed that staff themselves believe that Steigenberger is one of the best companies in Germany to work for.
Steigenberger Hotels AG is a particularly employee-friendly company that sets great store by providing excellent working conditions. Its holistic human resources strategy means that it is now celebrating an impressive sixth successive "Germany's Top Employer" annual award from the Top Employer Institute. The categories evaluated were talent strategy, human resources planning, onboarding, management staff development, training and staff progression, corporate culture, performance management, career and succession planning and compensation & benefits.
The successful implementation of Steigenberger's HR management programme is also reflected in a joint survey carried out by the news magazine Focus, Germany's biggest business networking site XING and the country's leading employer rating portal Kununu to identify the country's 800 best employers of over 500 staff from a pool of 2,000 companies.
Steigenberger again emerged as a top employer following a process whereby "employees rate employers, workers rate their bosses". Voting took place across all age groups and levels to determine which large and medium-sized companies deserved the "Best Employer Award".
"We are proud of the trust our employees place in us," said Matthias Heck, CFO and Director of Human Resources at Steigenberger Hotels AG. "The repeated winning of these awards shows that we are on the right road. Our employees are our capital. We need every single member of staff in order to secure a successful future."
