Novotel Cardiff Centre wins award for quality of service

The 4-star Novotel Cardiff Centre has won an award for its high quality service.
The Best Guest Experience award recognises commitment to excellent customer service and is run by Novotel Cardiff Centre’s parent company, Accor, which has 200 hotels across the UK.


Novotel Cardiff Centre was particularly commended for its entire staff having achieved benchmarks in their training for service quality and guest experience. Feedback from guests was also taken into account during judging and it was noted there had been consistently great feedback given by the public both in person at the hotel and online.

Commenting on the award, Wael Elassal, Novotel Cardiff Centre’s General Manager, said: “This award is a credit to all the team’s commitment and dedication. We believe this award is as much a testament to our hard work as it is to Cardiff and the huge amount this fantastic city has to offer. The continued excellent service the team provide is also great for Cardiff, as guests visiting the city will receive a great impression of Cardiff’s hospitality. Novotel Cardiff Centre is located within easy reach of the Millenium Stadium and within walking distance of the shopping and entertainment of the City Centre and Cardiff Bay. It has 138 contemporary bedrooms each with satellite TV as well as free WiFi throughout the hotel. The Elements Restaurant and Bar offers a wide range of contemporary dishes, cocktails and hot drinks. The hotel has an indoor heated pool and fitness centre, and the 9 flexible meeting spaces can host up to 200 people.
